It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carrie Phillips (Cosby, Tennessee), who passed away on March 16, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis "Toot" Phillips; her grandson John Paton Gregg; and her sons-in-law, Robert Ford and Micky Clark. She is survived by: her children, John Phillips (Rosie), Kenneth Phillips (Sherry), Randy L. Phillips, Jamie Phillips, Susie Clark, Diane Gregg (Steve), Debbie Ford, Ginger Payne (Brandon) and Carol Williamson (Gay); her brother William Tom Sutton; and her grandchildren, Larry, Amanda, Andy (Sabrina), Mary, Melissa, Carrie, Ashley (Kyle), Lexi (Bryce), Rachel, Clyde (Naomi), Tracy (David), Jake (Chloe), Sierra, Sarah, Jonathan, Christopher (Amber) and Alicia. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren.
