She is survived by: her son Todd Whaley (Theresa); her grandchildren, Kelsey Newman (Zack) and Dalton Whaley; her brothers, Robert McCarter (Kyong Suk), Jimmy McCarter (Donna) and Clifford McCarter (Melissa); her niece Julie Houser (Travis); her great-niece Kaitlin Houser; her stepchildren, Paul Williams (Donna), Scott Williams, Tim Brew, Steven Brew (Janet), Susan Eberth (Charles), Tracy Norris (Brandon) and Lisa Williams; and her close friend Bill Case.
