He was predeceased by: his wife Trula Bailey; his parents, Herman Bailey and Carrie Bailey; his daughter Debra Bailey; his great grandchild Quinton Welch; and his siblings, Albert Bailey, George Bailey, Marie Lee, Veneta Collins and Bobby Rosenbaum.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Tipton (Jerry), Kathy Bailey and Ricky Bailey; and his sister Martha Jane Taylor. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren.
