She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Slagle; her parents, Orion Ottinger and Jestecia Ottinger (Love); and her brother Ray Ottinger. She is survived by: her children, Karen Nease (Ronnie), Ross "Sonny" Slagle and Mike Slagle; her grandchildren, Nathan Nease, Megan Luebehow (Eric), Zachariah Slagle, Caleb Slagle, Nicholas Slagle and Hannah Slagle; her sister Maxiene Chamberlain; and her sister-in-law Fonda Ottinger. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
