He was predeceased by: his wife Camille Payne; his parents, Leonard Payne and Lula Payne; his brothers, Charles Payne (Judy) and James Payne (Janice); his nieces, Christy Payne, Melissa Willman and Connie Colwell; his nephew Donald Payne; and his parents-in-law, Mitchell and Kay Radon.
He is survived by: his children, Heaven Marie Hensley, Ciara Payne and Ricky Payne, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Latisha; his grandson Austin Suttles; and his siblings, David Payne (Jeanette) and Sandra Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
