Though Phyllis Maxine may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mack and Freddie Mae Hodge; and her son Mike Sexton. She is survived by: her husband Bobby Dale Griffin; her son William Sexton (Michelle); and her brothers, Rick Hodge and Roy Hodge (Cheryl). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Asbury Cemetery Asbury Cemetery (5100 Asbury Cemetery Rd, Knoxville, TN 37914).
