He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Carson Harrell, Sr. and Barbara Sue Harrell (Lee); and his brother Samuel Carson Harrell, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Brown Harrell; his daughters, Tabitha Weaver (Kenny) of Knoxville and Amanda Blevins (Tony); his granddaughters, Natalie, Riley Weaver and Quinlyn Blevins; his siblings, Brenda Bradley (Wade) of Solway and Jeff Harell (Becky) of Corryton; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Dyer (Mack) of Blaine and Nancy Fox of Union County. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins along with a host of friends.
