He was predeceased by: his mother Patti Ann Hodge (Foster); his grandparents, Paul Foster (Betty) and Barbara Hodge; and his great-grandparent Dora Hodge. He is survived by: his father Ray Hodge (Allison Wilson); his daughters, Karlei and Emma Hodge; and his siblings, Brandi Moore (Steven), Tarrah Cameron (Lynn) and Tim Hodge (Wendy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
