He is survived by: his wife Brenda Whitson; his children, Elizabeth Brown (Cris), Steven Whitson (Lori) and Jeffrey Whitson (Alaura); his stepson Robby Speer (Tonya); his grandchildren, Stephanie Harris (Cris), Keylee Bustamante, Emerson Whitson, Samantha Tronolone, Laura Davenport, Andy Whitson, Tayben Whitson and Ben Speer; his great grandchildren, Remi, Amelia, River, Evan, Mikayla D., Little Ben, Colby, Mikayla T., Skyler, Nora, Little Dominic and Ayden; and his brother Howard Brogdon (Stella). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
