As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Mae Hensley and Jack Hensley; and her siblings, Jack Hensley Jr. and Mildred. She is survived by: her children, Dennis Sharp (Lisa), Tammy Hardin (Brian), Robert Welch Jr. and Angela Welch; and her siblings, Sue Dyer, Jabo Faulkner and Bob Hensley. She is also survived by grandkids and great grandkids will always remember mamaw.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fountain City Chapel (2829 Rennoc Rd, Knoxville, TN 37918). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
