He was predeceased by: his parents, Junior Bullen and Mildred Bullen (Marsee). He is survived by: his significant other Connie Lynn Bullen (Hickman); his sons, Jeremy Bullen (Noel) and Derek Bullen; his grandchildren, Leigha Bullen, Brody Bullen, Jack Bullen and Piper Bullen; and his sister Patricia Hensley (Danny). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
