She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore Leonard, Sr.; her son William H. Leonard (Bill); her grandson Teddy Leonard; her sisters, Juanita Kitts, Louise Muncey, Opal Adams and Ruby Deprow; her grandson-in-law Chris Phillips; and her daughter-in-law Mildred Leonard.

She is survived by: her son Ted; her daughter-in-law Linda Leonard; her daughter Gwen; her son-in-law David Campbell; her grandchildren, Stacy Phillips, Casey Hunter (Tommy), LeAnn Sawyer (Mark), Matthew Leonard (Shelly), Willie Leonard (Amy) and Chris Campbell (April); her great grandchildren, Matthew Lamb (Emma), Ashton Gudger (Cameron), Abby Hayes (Micah), Alexis Lamb, Madison, Jordan, Hailey Hunter, Ethan, Emily Sawyer, Macy, Mason Leonard, Madden and Alexa Phillips; her niece Patsy Wynn; and her great great grandchildren, Ayden Lamb and Ava Jade Lamb.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary Chapel (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A burial was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at the George H. Savage Family Cemetery.
