She was predeceased by: her husband Earl Loop; her grandson Shane Smith; her grandmother Maggie Underwood; her parents, Authur Cate and Dela Mae Woolard Cate; and her siblings, Paul, Roy, Harold, D. F., Cecil, J. L. Cate and Trula Ann Cate.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon (Donnie Hodges), Karen (Carl Booker) and Leisa (Danny Housewright); her grandchildren, Susie (Gary Tolliver), Sheree Booker, Chris (Elizabeth Housewright) and Chassidy (David Gunter); her great great grandchildren, Ceegian, Emerie, Ella and Cora Tolliver; and her sister Joyce Nelson. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
