She is survived by: her husband Paul Taylor Spurlock; her son Christopher Henry (Kayla Best); her grandchildren, Emily Bates (Tyler), Brianna Anderson (Roy 'Robo' Anderson), Kerstin Henry, Tyler Henry (Kallie Ridgely), Sabin Henry (Brianna Pittman), Braylen Henry, Samuel, Lilyana, Aiden, Addy, Grayson and Blakeleigh; and her uncle Jim Smith (Deana Smith). She is also survived by other family members and friends.
