She was predeceased by: her parents, Silas Fields and Ora Fields; her son Kenny R. Kelly; her grandson Tyler Kelly; and her siblings, Paul Fields, Hazel Holbrook, Billy Joe Fields, Vera Caudill, Eleanor Brock, Roger Fields, Betty Shephard and Monty Fields.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Kelly, Jr.; her children, Loyd Kelly (Angela) and Holly Smith; her grandchildren, Aimee Kelly, Abby Kelly, Ava Kelly, Bryson Smith and Kelsey Smith; her siblings, Mack Fields, Lila Apking and Stella Asher; and also, Terry, Sherry, Mason and Matthew Woodard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
