He was predeceased by: his parents, Clea Arnwine and Udeyne Arnwine; his wife Earlene Shelton Arnwine; and his sister Frances Cutshaw. He is survived by: his son Jason Arnwine (Debbie); his grandsons, Matthew and Joshua; and his siblings, Cynthia Cassady, Jane Standifer, Jerry, Tim and Clea.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Clear Springs Baptist Church Building Fund, 7350 Tazewell Pike, Corryton, Tennessee 37721.
