He is survived by: his wife Gail Conley Pratt; his daughters, Kristi Pratt, Stephanie McIntosh (Chris) and Chique Pratt; his granddaughter Piper Mullins; his siblings, Danny Pratt (Debbie), Marie Bailey, Connie Guinn (Ron), Doris Lively (David) and Deloris Hicks (Jeff); and his sisters-in-law, Juanita Conley, Jackie Israel and Pam Stiles.
