Jan is survived by: wife Linda Burnette Major; children, Charles Major (Martha), David Major (Terra), James Major, Vicki Smith (Larry) and Kelley R. Lyles (Avery); siblings, Jay (Betty), Wayne (Ellen), Steve Major, Jo Ellen Brown, Donna Morton and Margaret Ann Major; and close friends, Jeff Curl, Chuck Haynes, Steve Widmer and Avery Lyles. Jan is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
