He is survived by: his children, Gwen (Chuck Hartsook), Teresa (Leo Owens), Tim (Willa Summers), James (Ande Summers), Tanya (Charles Kuehn) and Fred Summers; his nephews, Roger Dale Summers II, B. J. Cox and Donny Cox, Jr.; and his niece Cindy Adams McGeorge. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
