He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Mills and Mary Esther Mills; his wife Norma; his son Darrell; and his sister Joyce Watson.
He is survived by: his sons, Ted Mills and Mike Mills (Rhonda); his grandchildren, Dr. Taylor Greene (Ty), Jonathan Mills (Marena), Jeremy Mills, Matthew Mills, Jessica Shields (Shane) and Emily Mills; and his siblings, Johnnie Scott, Martha Davis, Lynn Mills and Pete Mills (Dot). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
