He is survived by: his wife Teresa Underwood; his siblings, Terry Underwood and Cheryl Hall; his siblings-in-law, Kimmel and Joy Anderson; and his children, Heath Underwood, Chris Berry (Missy) and Shannon Ellis (Mike). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
