She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Doc Harrell, Jr.; her parents, Kelly Roscoe Atchley and Beatrice Stella Rutherford; her siblings, Dottie Headrick, Alice Liford and Bill Atchley; and her niece Kathy Liford.
She is survived by: her children, James David Harrell (Renee) of San Marcos, CA and Connie Sue Harrell (Julie Tolson) of Sulphur Springs, TX; her grandchildren, Ben Harrell (Cara), Aimee Mosby, Kurt Harris, Ryan Harris and Nella Atchley; her great grandchildren, Samantha Harrell, Emberlee Harrell and Blake Mosby; and her siblings, Barbara Atkins and Mark Atchley. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
