It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Robert Lee of Corryton, Tennessee, who passed away on June 25, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Lee and Georgia Lee; his daughter-in-law Pamela Stanifer; and his siblings, Mary Wiles (George), Ben Jr. Lee (Bonnie) and Ralph Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Lee; his children, Marty Stanifer (Cheryl) and Michael Stanifer (Leigh); his brothers, Cecil Lee (Betty), Gary Lee (Norma), Elwood Keck (Ruth), Walter Waggoner (Lois), Bill Troutt (Eda), Roy Troutt (Joan) and James Troutt (Nancy); his grandchildren, Brian Stanifer, Amy Stanifer, Mark Stanifer and Daniel Stanifer (Casey); his stepgrandchildren, Cody Jerger and Cory Jerger; and his great grandchildren, Polly Ann and Lilith Marie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
