He is survived by: his wife Judy Pratt Rucker; his daughter-in-law Tracey Rucker; his stepchildren, Jeanie Haley Bittle (Scott), Tim Pratt (Susie) and Angie Pratt; his grandchildren, Jaime Smith (Eric), Jessie Messer (Andrew), Chris Pratt (Megan), Clifton Haley (Heather) and Curtis Haley (Tosha); and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Tucker Smith, Trevor Rowe, Lucy Pratt, Georgia, Joel Haley, Gage and Gavin Haley.
