She was predeceased by: her husband John Willard Spangler; and her parents, Charles Thomas Hickman and Reva Kathleen Franklin. She is survived by: her sister Charlotte Lynn Wright; and her children, Bruce Wayne Spangler (Phyllis), Charles Thomas "Tom" Spangler (Linda), Patricia "Patti" Ann Spangler, Robert Alan "Bobby" Spangler (Miranda), Susan Michelle Carver (Matthew) and Kristie Ray Spangler. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
