He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Phillips; his parents, Rufus Henry Phillips and Stella Richardson Phillips Jones; and his siblings, Luke, Herb, Hubert, Roy Phillips and Billie Walton.
He is survived by: his nephew Billy R. Pillips (Shay); and his nieces, Janice Roop (Rick) and Billie Rhines.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:30 AM. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Skaggs Cemetery.
