He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Nicley (Beeler); his sons, Harrison, Hayden and Holden Wolfenbarger; his parents-in-law, Kerry and Donna Beeler; his brother-in-law Shane Beeler; and his niece Alexis Beeler.

The family ask that no flowers be sent but donations made to the Nicley Family c/o Mynatt Funeral Home 2829 Rennoc Road Knoxville, Tn. 37918.
