He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Clarence H Raby and Louise Raby; his son Carl; and his siblings, Raymond and Brenda.

He is survived by: his wife Faye Raby; his daughters, Tina Keys (Davy) and Angie Jenkins (Chris); his siblings, Pat Wampler, Wilma Millsaps, Cotton and Kenny Raby; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Austin Patrick, Matthew Jenkins and Kody Keys. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Celebration of Life service will be held due to the public health concerns of Covid-19 with Rev. Danny Neal officiating.
