He is survived by: his wife Patsy Headrick; his children, Jeff Headrick (Cindy) and Sherry Sanders (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brian Cunningham, DJ Cunningham, Jake Sanders (Sarah), Molly Sanders and Tiffany Headrick; his great grandchildren, Ann Bailey, Mary Kay Cunningham, Skylar, Calley and Liam Sanders; his great great grandchild Carson Bailey; his sister Avery Barker; and his sisters-in-law, Helen Kitts (Elbert), Wilma Haney (Jerry), Linda Headrick (Ray) and Judy Brantley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
