She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Ralph Slagle and Nola Luttrell Slagle; her son Tommy Wayne Kiser; and her siblings, Benny, Bill Slagle, Bessie Stair, Rosa Webster and Margaret Black.
She is survived by: her husband James "Junior" Kiser; her son David Kiser (Sherry); her grandsons, Eric Kiser and Jeffery Kiser (Chelsea); her sisters, Laura Bell Payne and Jean Cate; and her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Kiser, Inez Frazier (Lillard) and Faye Bergen.
