She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Fowler and Knoxie Cochran Fowler; and her husband Hilyard Welch. She is survived by: her children, Troy Welch (Tammy) of Chapel Hill and Vicki Holt (Andy) of Lewisburg; her siblings, Cordell Fowler of Cornersville and Peggy Beard of Cornersville; her grandchildren, Lucas Welch (Anna), Anna Welch (Austin Connell), Jamie Holt (Tarah) and Rachel Smith (Steven); and her great grandchildren, Brittian, Brooke Smith, Turner, Griffin Holt and Annistyn Welch.
