She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Haislip and Willa Mae Burns Haislip; and her siblings, Marvelle Holland, Bob Haislip and Bill Haislip.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Pugh of Cornersville, TN; her daughter Michelle Crowell (Joey) of Cornersville, TN; her grandsons, Jacob Crowell, Aaron Crowell (Ashlin) and Caleb Crowell; and her great grandchild Collin Crowell of Scottsboro, AL..
