He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Alice Woodard Campbell; and his grandchild Roston Edward Carter. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Smith Campbell; his son Daniel Edward Campbell of Cornersville; and his siblings, Christy Bailey (Chad) of Culleoka, Elizabeth Hinson (Keith) of Columbia and Tim Dunkle (Laquita).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Marshall County Cancer Foundation.
