He is survived by: his parents, Virgil Endsley and Irma Pruitt Endsley; his spouse Eva Smith Endsley of Cornersville; his children, Terry Endsley (Windy) of Lewisburg, Donna Nelms (Ted) and Debbie Endsley; and his sister Janice Endsley of Lewisburg. He is also survived by four grandchildren, one great grandchild.
