He is survived by: his spouse Freda Roberts Reed; his son William Jerry Reed, III of Jonesboro; his sister Lynne Emmerson of Wynne; his aunts, Delores Dunlap and Darlene Jennings; and his grandson Jaxon Reed of Jonesboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
