He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Grant and Lora Grant; his wife Betty J. Grant; and his brother Byron Grant. He is survived by: his sister Wanda; and his children, Jeanne Hamilton (Steve), Candyce McEwen and Scott Grant (Kasey).

Warren always had a heart for missions and so the family is requesting in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the First Assembly of God Missions Department.
