She was predeceased by: her parents, Hayes Ezell Perry and Thelma Perry Chambers. She is survived by: her friend Sharon Skinner; her family, Mike, Cindy, Emily and Luke; and her cousin Shirley Smith (family: Nancy Stevens, Rosa Wayne, David Wilson, Glenn Wilson). She is also survived by her family, Nancy Stevens and her family, Rosa Wayne and her family.
