We are sad to announce that on May 29, 2022, at the age of 84, Norman Brakefield in Cordova, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Brakefield; his parents, Daisey Mae and Carl Brakefield; and his siblings, Carolyn Barnes, Sue Byers and William Brakefield.

He is survived by: his sons, Richard (Kim) and Roger (Kerri); his sister Pat Simmons; his grandchildren, Lindsay Murray Lauren (Billy) and Brandon Ketchum; and his sweet Little Shadow Lizzy.

Memorials may be made in Memory of Norman (Butch) Brakefield to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or to the Alchymia Shrine Burn Center.
