Lorraine Larose Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorraine Larose (Cordova, Tennessee), born in Lutcher, Louisiana, who passed away on April 20, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Yvonne (Bourgeois) and Thomas J. Foret, Jr.; her husband George Deynoodt "Doodie" Larose; her siblings, Alfred, Thomas J. Foret, III (Thelma), James Foret, Lynn Foret (Marie), Eugene Foret (Carolyn), Dan Foret (Ella), Gerald Foret (Catherine) and Yvonne Pavy of Donald Pavy, M. D.; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Duncan, Dustin and Randy Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Andrée Larose (Henry Elsen), Danielle Stutts (Don), George Larose, Ivonne Larose, Martine Wilson (Randy), Simone Taylor (Robert) and Jacques Larose (Karri); her grandchildren, Renée (Thomas Elsen), Michelle (Angela Duncan), Daniel Larose, Jessica Whalen (Paul Mercer), Lydia Wilson (Bethany Stone), Emilia Askins (Joseph Wilson), Nichole, Jonathan (Amy Taylor) and Drew (Madeline Larose); and her sister-in-law Lydia Rives (Larose). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, St. Vincent de Paul Society, Birthright, or a charity of one's choice.
