She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Eddie Williard; her sons, Justin Willard of Covington, James Burlett of Brighton, Anthony Burlett of Brighton, Jonathan Willard of Cordova and James Davis Willard of Cordova; her mother Virgina Penna of Bartlett; and her siblings, David Penna of Memphis and Brenda Byrd of Lamar, MS. She was also cherished by four grandchildren.
