He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Maxwell and Elaine Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Norrell Maxwell; his children, Laurie Maxwell Nolan (Daniel), Cheryl Maxwell Rhoads (Charles), John Michael Norrell (Darren) and Jenny Maxwell Lawson (Craig); and his sister Susan Maxwell Kidwell (Mark). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
