He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Burch and Lillie Burch; and his siblings, Mitchell, James, Bobby, Olan, Sammy and Francis Arms.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Burch; his children, Johnny E. Burch of Pittsburgh, PA and Leslie Amber Mullins of Jonesboro, AR; and his siblings, Eugene Burch (Betty) of Marion, AR, Nolan Burch (Connie), Barbara Bly and Brenda Cherry. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Roller-Citizens Funeral Home will be following guidelines issued by the local Department of Health and the CDC regarding COVID-19. Social distancing of at least six feet is recommended for outdoor services and all funeral attendees are requested to wear masks.
