With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Massey Edwards of Cordova, Tennessee, born in Coldwater, Mississippi, who passed away on September 30, 2022 at the age of 101. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Joseph Massey and Addie Belle Droke; her husband James H. Edwards Sr.; and her daughter Sandra Edwards. She is survived by: her children, Patricia MacDonald (Bruce) and James Edwards, Jr. (Nancy). She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Bartlett Baptist Church, 3465 Kirby Whitten Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38135 to be used for Samaritan's Purse.
