He is survived by: his parents, Charlese Hollowell Tolar and Hugh Hollowell Sr.; his wife Cathy; his children, Bobby (Aja), Michael (Melissa), Kevin (Lesley), Blaine (April) and Miller; his grandmother Miki; his siblings, Bill (Penny) and Susan; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Megan, Loralei, Layla, Corwynn, Matthew and Brooke.
