She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Howell and Mazie Howell; her husband David Smith; and her brother Obie Howell, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Smith (Susan), Janet Myers and Karen Nunnally (Robert); her grandchildren, Nicholas Smith, Sydney Smith, Emma Smith, Joshua Love, MacKenzie Love, Audrey Myers Mitchell (Robert) and Chris Nunnally (Kim); her great grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Ava Nunnally, Riggs Nunnally and Josie Nunnally; her sisters, Dorothy Lee (Mike) and Alice Maharrey (Wayne); and her niece Kelly Howell.
