He is survived by: his wife Tuyet Le Cook; his children, Jodie Cook Kidd, Christopher Cook (Jennifer), Edward Paul Cook, III and David Benjamin Spencer Cook; and his siblings, Paula Hartman (Frank), Elaine Emary and James Cook (Wanda). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
