He was predeceased by: his mother Mamie Nell; and his stepfather John Pomeroy. He is survived by: his wife Anita Burns Spragg; his sons, Steven Karl Spragg (Paula) and Kevin Spragg (Georgia); his grandchildren, Ryan Spragg, Tyler Spragg, Hunter Spragg and Jesse Cooper; and his great grandchild Allie Spragg.
In lieu of customary remembrances, memorial contributions can be made in the name of Mr. Spragg to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to the charity of the donor's choice.
