He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Issac Heatherly and Gertrude Jane Johnson (Heatherly); his brother Thomas Joseph Heatherly; and his pet Jake. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Heatherly (Guererri); his sons, David Heatherly and Christopher Heatherly; his daughter-in-law Kristen Heatherly (Cleary); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Heatherly. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
