She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Latimer Adkins. She is survived by: her sisters, Debbie Adkins and Cindy Kroeger; her brother-in-law Steve Kroeger; her father Stockton Adkins; her nephews, Clay, Colton, Jackson Hill, Steven, Stockton and Ben Kroeger; and her extended family, Katie McClellan and Michael Portner.
The family requests that memorials be made to LeBonheur Children's Hospital-Rehab Services in Memphis.
