He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann Raffanti Pirani; his sons, Carlo Pirani, Jr. (Eva) and Andy Pirani (Brenda) of John Pirani, MD; his grandchildren, Maria Pirani, Carly Zambrozi (Guil), Cara Pirani, John Pirani, Jr. and Joseph Pirani; and his sisters, Marie Lane, Teresa Gagliano and Sandra Gatlin.
